Ingredients

2 oz Nine Banded Straight Bourbon
.5 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Peach bitters

Instructions

In a mixing beaker with ice add Bourbon, grapefruit and lemon juices, simple syrup, and a dash of peach bitters
Stir for 10-15 seconds
Strain into a tall glass with ice
Top with soda water
Garnish with lemon
