Ingredients

1 ½ oz Nine Banded Wheated bourbon
¾ oz Pomegranate liqueur
¾ oz of Simple syrup
¾ oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, pomegranate liqueur, syrup, juice, and egg white
Dry shake about 20 seconds
Add ice and shake until shaker is frosty
Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into a coupe glass
Garnish with lemon
