Earl Grey Blackberry Julep


  • 1 ½ oz Nine Banded Straight Bourbon
  • 1 ½ oz Earl Grey Tea, chilled
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 3 blackberries
  • 4 mint leaves
  • Sprig of mint for garnish



  • Lightly muddle the blackberries, mint leaves, and syrup in the bottom of a julep cup or rocks glass
  • Add crushed ice, tea, and bourbon to cup
  • Stir with bar spoon for about 15-20 seconds
  • Finish with more crushed ice on top, garnish with a blackberry + mint sprig
  • Enjoy!
