Nine Banded Cocktails


Chocolate Clover


  • 1 ½ oz Nine Banded Straight Bourbon
  • 1 ½ oz heavy cream
  • ¾ oz Faretti chocolate liqueur (for best cookie taste)
  • ½ oz Simple syrup
  • ¼ oz Crème de Menthe
  • Crushed chocolate mint cookies and mint leaf for garnish



  • Add first five ingredients to a shaker filled with ice
  • Shake until outside of shaker is frosty
  • Rim a coupe glass with crushed mint cookies
  • Pour frosty mixture into coupe
  • Float mint leaf on top to garnish
  • Enjoy!


For Syrup

  • ½ c sugar
  • ½ c water
  • In a small sauce pot, bring all ingredients to a simmer and set aside to cool before using
