Bourbon Caramel Milkshake


  • 2 oz Nine Banded Straight Bourbon (from the freezer)
  • 2 oz Heavy cream (very cold)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla paste
  • 1 ¼ c Premium vanilla bean ice cream (10 oz)
  • Salted caramel for rim
  • Whipped cream for garnish



  • Chill a pint glass in freezer
  • Pull out glass and rim with caramel
  • In a blender, add bourbon, heavy cream, and vanilla.
  • Stir quickly
  • Add ice cream and blend until smooth
  • Pour mixture into pint glass
  • Top with whipped cream
  • Drizzle more caramel over top
  • Enjoy!
